HomeBanc: Presentation for Fortune Magazine's
"100 Best Places to Work."

In January, 2004, HomeBanc was named Number 39 in Fortune's 100
Best Companies to Work For competition.


When HomeBanc was notified it was a finalist for Fortune Magazine’s 100 Best Places to Work For, they called Schroder PR to help with their final presentation. The Great Places to Work Institute, which manages the contest, asked finalists to submit answers to questions about employee benefits, company policy, as well as intangible elements of the workplace.

Schroder PR studied company manuals, conducted extensive interviews of executives and employees, took photographs, designed and produced a 54-page color booklet – all in less than three weeks. The final piece perfectly distilled in print form the practical and spiritual elements that make HomeBanc such a wonderful place to work. Said HomeBanc Marketing Executive Vice President Stacey Cost: “I consider that booklet the high point of my year.”
