Creech Custom Homes

Project Overview:
Creech Development Group, Inc. strives to be an exceptional homebuilder that creates high-quality homes, has strong ethical standards and provides extraordinary customer service throughout a seamless building process.
In past years, CDG was a speculative homebuilder. However, in 2008 the firm migrated into building custom homes in the neighborhoods serving the school districts of Morris Brandon, Sarah Smith and Warren T. Jackson.
In addition to changing the strategic direction of the company, Neal Creech was serving as president of the Atlanta Homebuilders Association in 2008. This represented an opportunity to “refresh” the Creech brand, expand its outreach and increase its profile in the community. Neal approached Schroder PR with the desire to update the company website, logo and possibly the firm’s name, and get media exposure.

Strategy
We began by interviewing Neal Creech in order to fully understand his philosophy and approach toward building custom homes. As a result we recommended a name change to Creech Custom Homes to better reflect the new company direction. Next we built a website (link) and produced a video (link) to help share the new vision. Then we produced a monthly eNewsletter (link) to be sent to clients and prospects. With the brand in place, we moved to the next phase of media outreach.

We proactively pitched and secured a number of media hits for Neal Creech and Creech Custom Homes throughout the year and recently developed a Facebook Fan page for the company.

Results
We secured ten media placements over the course of a year in local and trade-oriented publications including Atlanta Business Chronicle, Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Lowes for Pros, Atlanta Intown and Southeast Construction magazine.
